Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy for Hybrid Courses: 15+ days before class: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the start of class are eligible for a full refund. Rescheduling: One free rescheduling is allowed, provided the request is made at least 1 day prior to the original course start date. Course rescheduling is subject to availability and new course date must be 90 days of original course. *If course includes an online component, once the student has completed the online portion, the maximum possible refund is 50%, regardless of time before class start. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 14 days of in-person class start date. No-show policy: Registration is forfeited for No-shows or 20+ minutes late to class. No reschedules will be allowed for no-shows or late arrivals.
